Training the Trainer (1-2-Day Seminar)
Training looks easy, especially when a competent, experienced, and confident person does it. When they speak, ideas make sense, concepts are logical, and the end result is you walk away edified. This is no mistake. Results like this happen after years of experience and TRAINING FOR THEM.
With training budgets being cut and more employees needing to be trained, the job of training employees is falling more and more on the company trainers to accomplish the training required. It saves the company money and that is great as long as the quality of the training is sufficient. We need our employees to leave a training session feeling improved, not confused.
Training is not just speaking in front of a room of people explaining how to do something. Training is imparting information in such a way that the receiver understands clearly what was said, what it means, and how it affects them and other areas of their work.
This 1 or 2-day course (depending on the size of your group) will ensure your trainers know how to design, construct, present a session, and follow up. They will know how to give the audience concrete information in a logical sequence so it is understood and remembered.

If there are members of your company that are required to train employees on a regular basis, this program will increase their confidence and effectiveness. There is no substitute for actual training, but learning the right lessons in the beginning can make the difference between an average trainer and a superior trainer. And we remain available to your people after we leave…because we would like to think of ourselves as good trainers.
A customized version of this program is available. It is called: “Snapshot.”
Snapshot encompasses a team of two CCG associates coming to your organization for 3-4 days to see what is going on in the Training Division. We look at the leadership of the group, the materials on hand for the trainers and employees, observe the trainers “at work” (training), examine the schedule of training and who is giving it, assess the amount of work required, examine the materials produced by the training team for the employees, and some of the administrative work done by the training people.
Our visit is completed when we file a report of what we observed, our comments, and possible improvements if required. This is not a “witch hunt” it is simply another set of eyes to observe an operation inherent to the company. When was the last time an observation like this was accomplished?
Let us know how we can help with any of your training requirements. Again, we are here to help you support your people.
